BAD SERVICE

I placed an order on the debonairs app and after waiting an hour decided to call the store. The lady on the other end didn't seem interested in helping at all. She kept getting my cell number wrong. I asked her to check and confirm whether my order has left the store as I've been waiting for an hour and she seemed to have found this amusing as she found it necessary to giggle! She said she THINKS it left the store cause she doesn't see the order there. This is totally unacceptable as I order from Debonairs almost every week and haven't had a problem until recently when the service started to deteriorate but tonight was the pits! last time I waited about 35 minutes and they called me to say they will be a bit late yet this time I waited an hour and had to call and find out where my order is and then get this unsatisfactory service. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN DEBONAIRS KUILS RIVER!!!
