On Saturday 1 June 2013, me, my wife (Nondumiso 072 1749 740 and a friend Melusi, 082 584 3960) went to dine at Steers in Pongola. We waited for our meal for 30 minutes without any attendance. While sitting there we notice that the place was so dirty and I decided not to eat there. However my company proceed with eating. We then asked for a plate to put the bones as we eat. We were told that we should put it on the plates we were served with. We the asked the manager and complain to him about the place being dirty and the plate. "my exact words were why are you making us eat in place that looks like a pigs stall." Instead of him apologizing for the state of the restaurant he said it's because we eat like pigs. We then started confronting him about his statement he then started pouring comment and started being physical towards Melusi. I then intervened. I did not take note of his name because he did not wear a name tag. The hygiene is terrible in that branch and I believe it bears a bad name on this brand. All I'm requesting is that he apologies to all three of us, and a formal written apology from Steers South Africa and that we get our refund
