Failure to deliver pizza's orde

We have ordered pizza's twice in a row (tonight and yesterday night). On both occasions, they haven't been delivered

Yesterday we waited for 2 hours for the pizza's to be delivered, and nothing happened. When we called to ask what the status of the delivery was the first time we were told that the pizza's had left Debonairs 15 min prior to our follow up call. After another hour of waiting we were told that there was only one delivery man, and that they were experiencing difficulties with the deliveries (understandable because it was raining).

Tonight when we called to order, we were told that 3 drivers were available and that deliveries were being made normally. We have waited for 2 hours yet again. Same story again tonight - even though we asked up-front whether sufficient drivers were available.

This just indicates poor service and lack of due regard for customers.

We could have driven to Debonairs to collect the pizza - this is incredibly disappointing - and actually amounts to my second complaint within the space of 2 weeks.
