Nandoos losing their touch

I normally get very good service from this nandoos but my visit to that store on saturday was very upsetting, the lady behind the counter couldnt be bothered she never greated never smiled, she acted like she was giving me the food for free and way tomuch attitude, i asked her about the phone lines as i had been trying to call to place my order and the phones were pf the hook and got a response of HUH YA. which i never understood. i paid almost R200 for food, which wasnt done well and the rolls were old and the coke was flat. i love nandoos but with the service droping i would rather go to KFC
