Our waitress worked for the secret service. We only saw her once in a while - had to go and call her for drinks etc. The food came after waiting an hour. It wasn't very busy. The lamb neck was frozen on the inside and charcoal on the outside. The steaks were ordered rare but came medium.

The drinking glasses had lipstick marks. No winebucket was provided. The bathrooms are clean but everything is falling apart.

They thoughtfully provided a baby chair but that was the only highlight.

We have never had good service there but this was their last chance. We will always rather drive to Bedfordview for restaurants - Kempton Park has no nice options :-(
