Dirty Glasses, furniture - bad food

We went to Dros Secunda on Sunday 29 Sept '13 at 13h00 for Sunday Lunch.
Firstly the glasses at the table were full of finger marks, the furniture (Chair was very dirty)
After 15 min we only got our drinks (Glass of red wine, Peroni Beer and cooldrink)
After another 45 minutes we received our food, 3 x lamb shanks - ice cold
We ate half our meal and then took the rest for take-away, I was not in the mode to fight about the bad service.
