Bad food and Customer Service

Ok ive had tbone steak at Cappello before but this time it was bad. Me and a couple of friends went to Cappelo Gandi square ordered some steaks... It took 40mins for our order to come through which in itself is freakin not cool, what really me off was that they had the freakin to serve us meat which had gone bad.. We had ordered medium rare tbone steaks, but what came out of the kicken was a smelly bulk of meat burnt to their perfection.. Now i believe ma friends when they say "Cappello is only for drinks not food" ..Your service and a health inspector should visit this place...
