Hair in my food and burded food

Hi my name Is Amoslyn I went to wimpy m1oasis M1 North highway this morning for breakfast.i waited 50min for my food well that is not a problem because the waitress told me I will wait for a bit longer.now when I got my food I was happy but as um eating I found hair in my food to go further my food was burned.i called the manager she didn't want to come and went to her she just looked at me and said must I give u another one... why didn't she apologise for that before offering me another one? i love wimpy so much but today I want nothing to do with it.
