Long wait for raw food

On Monday, we (7 people) visited Saul's Restaurant and Pub in wynberg, cpt. When we placed our order, we confused the waiter, he walked away as if he understood, he stood at the computer for 5-10mins before returning to us to resolve his confusion. So now, 10mins have passed with no food order placed. My wife's milkshake took 15mins to arrive while the place was quiet. Our 2 crumbed mushroom starters arrived after our mains (one at a time because the kitchen staff did not realise the order was for 2). My bro in laws burger was very raw as if it was put in fire to cook the outside quick and the inside still raw as can be. The waiter came to collect his plate with no apology, took it to the kitchen and cooked it some more and brought him the same burger back. One burger was a take away, so we investigated and found it to be more underdone than the first complaint. At this point we brought it to their attention and we decided to leave very disappointed. No adjustment to our bill and worse of all we had to tip the no good waiter 10% because we were 6 . What a waste! Was also not cool watching the waiter watch tv behind the bar and then to be served partly cold food.
