Worst KFC experience

I have just had my worst KFC experience ever. i was at the KFC at Waterglen shopping centre, Pretoria East. I ordered 3 Hawaiian rounders and 1 chips. When i arrived at home to enjoy my meal i was highly disappointed at what i found in my bag. The one burger didn't even have a piece of chicken on it, the other burger had the smallest little piece of chicken on it that didn't even cover a third of the bun. Everything was dry and very tasteless. I called the branch as soon as i noticed this, I spoke to Florence, she apologised and said i must come and collect another one. I am sorry but it was their mistake she should have said they will deliver one free of charge! This is not the first time i am complaining about KFC food and service. The last time i was promised a voucher in the post which i also never received. Unfortunately this is the final straw and i will not support this company any longer! Shocking for such a well known company to produce such bad quality food and service.
