PATHETIC FOOD DELIVERED

I placed an order at 10:20am and instructed them to deliver at 12:20. the guy that i spoke to advised that it would not be a problem.
i waited until 12:30 and there was no food delivered. i called and the lady that i spoke to advised that the driver had already left as he was not there. the delivery was 5 minutes away so i dont understand how it could have not been here on time. the food eventually got here at 12:50 and when i questioned the driver he said he does not know i need to speak to the store.
when we did start having lunch the guys was extremely disappointed with the food. all teh food had been mixed up in the packets the chips were dry and cold. the chicken was dry and tasteless there was no sauce.
the guys was extremely disappointed and ending up buying food from the canteen and the NANDOS was thrown in the bin as that is where it belonged. i ordered a burger the only think in that burger was lettuce and mayonnaise and a small piece of chicken- half the bum was also thrown away.the manager (MALI MAKATHINI) at the store clearly does not know what she is doing. as she could not help me in any way. PATHETIC SERVICE she could not help me i need to call customer service
