Dried out / old chicken & burgers

My mom and I ordered KFC via the drive through on Saturday at Newton Park, PE and ordered BBQ cheese burger, Colonel Burger and a 5piece meal. We were so hungry and when we got home and plated, we realised the food was old and dried out. I was expecting a nice juicy chicken burger, and when I bit into it it was so dry and chewy that I could barely swollow. Then I tried a piece of the chicken (5 piece box) and even that skin was so thick and chewy from the oil that I could not finish eating it. This was my FIRST bad experience form KFC in PE - bad enough that I will not return to support them. I am really disgusted that KFC has gone down in quality and service - PLEASE look into it and change back the way you were 15 years ago! Forget all the new additions to the menu, just keep it plain and simple and provide what you once did best - good service and good chicken.
