KFC
Food order wrong and staff cannot understand

I went to Protea Heights KFC to place an order. I hoped that the food would be better.
I asked the waiter for 2 Hawaiian rounders 2 Hawaiian twisters all with extra sauce, 2 reg chips, 1 sprinkle pop.
When I got home.
I got 2 colonel burgers no extra sauce the Chicken on the burger are small and dry.
2 Hawaiian twisters the one had 1 small piece pineapple in, Both had no extra sauce in.
The chips was dry. The pops was chewy and very dry. This happened more then 3 times at that same place.

Now KFC will contact me, and say they are sorry like last time.
This meal cost me R165.30, that I had to choke down and it was not even what I ordered. They will phone me to say sorry, about it and send me a R30 coupon. In the night time I am tired from working 13 hours, I want to relax, have a good meal, but then this happens. I will not drive back waisting petrol, and correcting people's mistakes that happen so very often.
I am just sick and tired of people (KFC) taking me for a ride and other people as well. Food that is not what they advertise, and staff that can not take orders correctly or can not understand a simple question.
