I normally order my lovely doses of nandos now and then from douglasdale nandos. I called earlier today for a delivery order. To my surprise the receiver of my call was Lorraine. She made me wait 3 minutes on the line. When I asked her why she made me wait, she said the line was bad. If the line is bad, tell me so I can call you back. Don't waste a loyal customers time for nothing. Your service was extremely unprofessional and pathetic.
I could of picked up a KFC meal and been much happier with the service.
Learn to give exceptional customer service. Don't be rude and arrogant with the customers. You should be re trained or fired. I will not tolerate bad customer service in my business.
And I get my order delivered. Nandos has cocked it up once again. Instead of a port roll, it's on a burger roll.
I call nandos, they tell me a port burger will be delivered and I must not eat the other burger. I am halfway through my meal at this stage. The call was Lorraine's boss who cocked the order up.
The service today was!!!
