Nandos St. Johns - Price increases, service slacks

My man and I are great fans of Nandos, eating there almost every weekend but lately they are slacking in the service they provide. Whenever we order, we specify we want the BREAST with EXTRA SAUCE but lately, they have failed time and time again to provide this simple request. On Saturday I was on the phone with a consultant for 15 minutes who first of all did not understand what I said and I kept having to repeat myself although her English was perfectly fine. I asked her at least 6 times to please make sure we are given the breast with extra sauce and even explained to her how they have been failing to provide this so she must please ensure this is done this time!! Once again however, the piece was a leg and it was as dry as a bone. Nandos is not the cheapest fast food restaurant around so when you are paying double the price for a healthier option then you would at KFC or Mcdonalds, you expect to receive what you ask for. Some of the staff that work there completely ignore you. You have to call them to get assistance. They need to be trained in customer service and actually listen to what the customer has to say. It is after all thanks to its customers that they have jobs.
