Disgusting customer service

For a company who prides themselves on helping kids and being a family take-aways (no a five star restaurant), and have your staff tell me that my autistic child if too loud is not acceptable. This branch in on the N1 and a stop for travelers with kids to get something to eat. So being a family restaurant please teach your staff proper customer service.
