Utterly disgusted!!

To whom this may concern

Firstly I had to wait 30 mins at the DRIVE THRU in florida to get my order!! I ordered a chicken share box and asked the lady at the drive through if the share box is exactly like the beef she agreed & said it would be R129.99, I had no problem paying extra, once given my order I realised that the burgers was nothing like what was advertised! The burger was a patty with dust of lettuce & mayo. I paid more for something that is worth less than what I got absolutely! I immediately took it back & the manager who couldn't care less, said that's how it is. I was not happy and asked her to take it back and I changed my order, her attitude stinks!!! She gave me so much attitude, the food was just thrown in the bag and given to me, and to add to this I was robbed! The share box was R129 99.I was given back short change! I'm disgusted with mcdonalds. I want feedback on this matter and for mcdonald to compensate me for my horific experience. I will never recomend macdonalds to anyone & share this disgusting experience, with everyone, work collegues, friends family. Ensure u familiarise yourself with the CPA, you will get into trouble for false advertising!!
