Dear Sir/Madam

I' am writing to inform you about the bad service that I OR we always get from Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) at Cape Town station. Firstly each and every time that we arrived at KFC we have to wait for almost 20 minutes before we get served even if it's not full. Some of your stuff is very lazy I mean you can observe from their body language that they do not want to serve customers. I have always complained why they cook the meat while we there because each and every time they tell you to wait the meat is not ready. How do you tell the customer to wait for 20 minutes unless you chasing them away. This happens every day around about 19:00 hrs. Secondly I asked for an email address to complain from Michael which happens to be a manager and the mail address that I got from him didn't even work. If my mind serves me right I think it was on the 15/05/2013. I mean at the end of the month your staff should know that more customers are going to come in but unfortunately that is not the case. After I asked for email address that's when he tried to act busy as if it was helping.
