Bad Service

We ordered pizza from st elmos on the 1st may, through mr delivery. the pizza arrived without ingredients that we ordered. we immediately called to let them know of the issue. They told us that they could try replace it, but we informed them that we couldn't wait another 45 minutes for our food and replacing them wasn't good enough as we were starving now and our food was incorrect. Anna the manager called st elmos and then called us back and told us we could get told us we could get pizzas with avo on for free next time we called. We called back today 25th and the manager on duty Natasha told us we could only get extra avo for free on a new order of pizzas. I insisted that this was bad service and she should get hold of Anna the senior manager to sort this out. She told me that she couldn't as she was off, i inturn insisted she call st elmos to arrange something. She called them and then me back, and informed me that i could get a large pizza only for free, instead of the 2 mediums. I then had to order an extra pizza which costed around R60 but the Grand total bill was around R125. for the delivery and processing fee!!! i am most disgusted by the service of mr delivery parow
