2 hour wait for pizza

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 6.26pm thinking that would be early enough considering there may be a few delays..at 7.19 we called to find out where pizzas were and were told that the driver was on his way. Than at 7.39 we called again as our pizzas still had not arrived. The manager on duty once again told us they were on its way. Well they did finally arrive at 8 a whole 1hr and 35mins later. Their excuse was 'short of drivers'. Fair enough but they (staff and Manager) should be trained and actually be clever enough to tell customers that they are experiencing problems with delivery so they should collect..isn't that logical?
Bottom line is they couldn't be bothered and their customer service is appauling!
Manager on duty was Khanye.
