Debonairs Pizza
Don't keep to promised terms of delivery

On Monday 20th of May we ordered two pizzas from Debonairs Grosvenor Crossing. The delivery took 56 minutes, one pizza arrived cold and undercooked while the other pizza was cool. When I called the store to complain to the manager he said there was nothing he could do as we lived too far. The policy is 40 minutes or free within 5 km. We live 4, 2 km from this branch and have ordered numerous times before with no issue.

On Tuesday 21 May I called Shaun, the Area Manager to complain about the uninterested service and unacceptable food delivered as well as the fact that Debonairs advertises 40 minutes or free and this was not honoured. Shaun advised me that he would call me back in a bit after finding out what had happened at the store. It is the 29th of May and I have still not heard from anyone.
