Disappointed in Uitenhage's McDonald's

I ordered a Spicy Rach Burger medium meal, and was billed for one. They took long with my order (longer than my friends' orders, and they ordered after me) and I had to remind them of what I had ordered before they gave me my meal. I asked them if they're sure it's the spicy one and the lady said yes. When I got home, I saw my burger was darker than it should be (burnt) and when I bit into it, it was the normal Ranch Burger. Upon trying to find their number to complain to them, 1023 couldn't find the Uitenhage branch listed. I wasn't going to spend more money on petrol to go all the way back there, so I decided to come here. I am quite disappointed in this McDonalds. When I order something and pay for it, I expect to get what I asked and paid for. This is just not up to scratch.
