Burger fried to a crisp

Hi

This evening 19/10/13 i purchased a Grand Chicken Ranch burger from McDonalds Kenilworth.
This burger patty was burned to an absolute crisp.
We've always let these things pass when buying at McDonalds Kenilworth but sometimes it gets a bit too much.
I've frozen the burger so if anyone would like to come and check it out it is available.
I will discard it in about a week or so.
How on earth do they fry a burger patty to that state and STILL go and put it on the burger? Unbelievable.
