Shocking Attitude

I went to KFC - Plumstead on Thursday 16 May at around 20hr45, there was only three gentlemen in the queue, yet we waited for more than twelve minutes as the lady servicing behind the counter (Portia), was taking each order and then standing at the back waiting for the food to be done! When I eventually got to the front I mentioned to her that it would be better if she took the other orders, processed them at the same time, she ignored me and WALKED AWAY!

Another gentlemen then came over to serve me, I politely asked why Portia was so blatantly rude and that I was upset by her attitude! She then said to me that she has been instructed by KFC not to respond to any customer that was cross. Well if this is the policy then KFC will get a lot more "cross" customers!
