KFC
Ill mannered staff and no correct system

This is my second complaint I have with KFC Fordsburg. There has been no improvement, in fact things have become worse. Each time I go to the KFC they never have what I want to order. Secondly the cashiers are extremely rude and uncooth. We standing in the queue, being one of the three queues, where no mention is made of which queue is for what, if for ordering or those waiting to collect. We standing in the queue and after 10 minutes or so the rude cashier tells us all this is not for ordering, its just those waiting for their food in such an abrupt manner. Three other customers got upset as well and just walked out of the shop. This is unacceptable and frankly I am more disgusted than ever.
