Dinner party had to eat late

An order was placed last wed or thursday for 2 large lazange. Part of the order taken was that we need to rush in and out as our people need to eat. When the person got there to pick it up, it was raw. 10 adults and 6 children had to wait 1 hr 30 min to eat as when it arrived here it was still cold. It is frustrating as the person taking the order needs to understand it is peoples food and evenings they are dealing with not just a phone system.
You can compliment the chef as the lasagnes were delicious though.
