Disgusted! utterly!

Have you ever tasted ribs that are drenched in oil, then burnt to the bone to perfection, black prawn heads, so old that the meat inside the prawn was turning a dark shade of grey, steak so hard and rubbery that when u try cutting into it, the entire table shakes with the force you have to use, chicken cordon bleu thats fried until the crumbs are black not to mention chips that seemed like they have been re-fried, hard and rubbery soaked in cooking oil... well this is the lovely experience that my boyfriend, my cousin and myself experienced at the brand new outlet at bedforview shppoing centre last night, . our waitress came to check on us, when my boyfriend expresseed he wasnt happy, all she said was "OK" ad left our table until she had to clean up the table and bring us our bill... DISGUSTING! we are so dissapointed that everytime a spur advert comes on TV, we are nauseous!.. i did write down my concerns on the bill last night, im sure that was thrown away, as i have no response from the manager until now!
