Pizza Del Forno
No Pizza for dinne

After a weekend away, we decided to order pizza for dinner and asked for it to be delivered. Made the phone call at 19h01, placed the order, gave our address, I was told the cost and told that they were busy and it would take just over an hour. At 20h37 I phoned back because our order had not yet arrived. They did not understand that I had already placed my order and wanted to know where it is. They told me I must re-order and that I had to fetch it. The phone got passed from one person to the next and no-one was helpful or co-operative. They told me I didn't phone, or did I phone the correct branch, or that no such order exsisted. Then when my husband spoke to them they had even more stories () that were each different. All of them about how we were in the wrong. They refused to make and deliver our order in the end, so we had toast for dinner. We stay not 2km from Pizza Del Forno, and we often order pizza from them, but last night I was furious and appalled by the total lack of service!!!
