Refuse to help before scheduled closing time

I would like to raise my disappointment / concern in the way I, as a valued client was treated at your outlet in Cape Gate on 19 May.

I rushed from my house in Bernadino Heights, Kraaifontein to Cape Gate to buy some cake for guests I had over. Limno`s being my preferred choice was where I was heading to.

My ill father and 1 and a half year old boy was with me and upon reaching the entrance of Limno`s (in time before the close may I add) one of the ladies said we are closing sir and started to close the door while we stood there.

I asked her if they aren`t closing at 17:00 only and her response was "yes sir but we are already cashing up". This was when I started to get ticked off. She said I won`t be able to buy anything and another lady that was cashing up shouted at her to just close the door. I checked my watched and it was 16:53. Still 7 minutes left before the actual scheduled close of business time.

Yes I know it was a Sunday afternoon and everybody wanted to get home, but then I feel they shouldn`t be working with clients or the general public for that matter.

Unfortunately I didn`t get any names but I felt that they were sarcastic, arrogant, unfriendly.
