Bad service poor food quality

We went to buy milkshakes one evening at 18:30 and they said the machine was oiff because they are about to close. I said but u only closing at 21:00 and they only stared at me. We bought. King steers burgers there and the burger had NO sause on it and it was soo tiny. I won't go back there even though I live just down the road.
