I went to Wimpy Mimosa on the morning of the 19 October 2013, for breakfast just before i do my shopping (I regret doing that because my mood was changed the entire day). Placed an order, it took the freaken store more than 30minutes to get my food, I (frustration 1) then had to call the waitor to ask why there is a delay when everyone else is getting their food, she came with some lame excuse that they had a large take away order. I the requested to speak to the manager, she came, that lady has NO FREAKEN CLUE WHAT CRISIS MANAGEMENT IS! "Your food is coming sir" (frustration 2). Does not bother to tell me what the problem is or atleast apologize!!! WHAT THE? Wimply please stop appointing people who dont know anything about service delivery as managers! When the food arrives after a good 45 min- 1 hour, the freaken chicken is the wrong flavour!!

I am disgusted! Those that I can influence, will be influenced!

The nerve of that manager, they then bill me for the order that i refused to take when it arrived, didn't even take the food for take away. All of a sudden, after the intervention of another manager, she decides they will not bill me for the order.
