Worst Wimpy Ever

Every time I got to Wimpy at Kensington Square, I always have the same problem, they always get the food order wrong. Today was no different. I ordered 2 sandwiches for take away and I was very specific about what I wanted knowing full and well how Wimpy Kensington always gets it wrong. I got the wrong sandwiches after I specifically told the manager to speak to the kitchen staff. Previously, I have ordered breakfasts and they too have gotten that wrong. I'm very unhappy with the service. I suggest the staff get trained properly or are supervised carefully. Do a comparison to Wimpy in Glen Ashley and see how much better the food and service is there. I'm never going to Wimpy at Kensington Square ever again. Severely disappointed. Tired of wasting money for the same old terrible food and service, something must be done about this. I did get a refund, but honestly what a waste of my time.
