Dear Sir/ Madam

I work for a company in rivonia and when usually order breakfast for staff or stakeholders at wimpy. Today we place an order for more that 10 people and when we then asked the manager if they can remove the eggs on one of the orders and replace them with cheese, because the stakeholder doesn't eat eggs. They refused and told us that they don't change or replace orders.
We don't understand how wimpy does not have this service when dealing with people who might have special dietary needs. We are very disappointed and we will no longer order from Wimpy going forward.
