PATHETIC SERVICE

My son and 2 friends went on a Groupon. They ordered drinks at the bar and waited for a waiter to approach.
No one came near them. They called for a waiter.
They waited 1 and 1/4 hours for their food.
They asked the waiter 3 times about their order.
The management didnt know what the Groupon was about.
When the burgers came they were all wrong. ie incorrect toppings, out of stock etc.
A most UNENJOYABLE experience.
