Die Boomhuisie
Bad Service, Bad Attitude, Bad food

I was excited to book a table at Die Boomhuisie Restaurant in Krugersdorp for Mothersday as I have heard so many good things about the restaurant. But I left with shame. I booked a week in advance, on arrival our table was not ready. Eventually seated we were not waited upon. I had to ask 3 times before a waiter assisted. We ordered immediately and so the long wait begun. An Hour and 35 minutes later, lots of complaining and receiving bad attitude from the owner we received our food. Cold and To my amazement I had a plate with no meat - they forgot to put it in. Another family up and left as they also received no service. I received a discount but no apology or effort to right the wrong. I would not inform anyone to have a special occasion at Die Boomhuisie because they obviously can't cater for large functions.
