Old chicken

We bought 3 burger meals and 1 double down on 15/5 at Waterglen store. When we started to eat we were disappointed because the chicken was old and dry. We usually buy at this store and there food is fresh and nice to eat. I didn't expect this of them. How could they sell such chicken. I even put a complaint on their website and according to that somebody will contact me regarding the complaint, but nobody has. Why not?
