Poor Quality of Goods

I ordered a junior cheese burger and when I got home there was no pattie on the roll just cheese and a roll. Today I sent a collegue to order two sausage mcmuffins meals with orange juice and they said they didnt make lots so they can only give the 2 orange juice and 1 sausage mcmuffin not even a hashbrown. I had to go to Mcdonalds myself and got the correct order and all that was said was o ok. I really think that the service stinks. When i opened the sausage mcmuffin i ordered they both had eggs on but the wrapper said sausage mcmufiin. Im a regular customer at this m, cdonalds but things are always going wrong these days.
