Manager called and shouted at my girlfriend

On behalf of my girlfriend, Samantha. We were previously double charged, and it took more than a week for management of Cavendish Primi to sort it out. (Thanks to head office for sorting it out) Through this time, the manager basically blamed us and the bank for the machine double charging us, having us print not 1, but 2 bank statements as proof. the first time, another manager said it wasn't proof enough (after telling my girlfriend to get it) the second time we took it again, he copied it. After head office had it sorted with them, he called my girlfriend, shouting at her for not letting her know the money wasn't paid into her account, and for putting the issue publicly on facebook and hellopeter, telling her to clear his name. This Davies guy needs serious disciplinary action taken against him and his colleague Arendzo for firstly not sorting the issue and secondly having an abruptly rude and extremely disrespectful attitude towards her, a paying and long term customer of Primi. She had to go on 3 separate occasions to Primi Cavendish, driving all the way from town, using her petrol and time on an issue that should have been sorted out when the incident took place.
