This is not what i ordered!!!

I am a valued customer of McDonalds in general. However the branch at Hillfox has now completely lost my support. This morning is the 5th time they get my order completely wrong. If i say SAUSAGE mcmuffin i want a SAUSAGE mcmuffin. not a EGG mcmuffin. i was very clear when i said this and it was even displayed on the screen. So how come i was given an EGG mcmuffin? Are the people who pack the food incapable of reading or listening to an order?

Furthermore, there is a difference between a junior CHEESE burger and a junior CHICKEN burger. Open your ears next time and just maybe a customer wont get upset or snotty.
