Hygiene and got order wrong

Order: Family Treat (8 piece) with snackburgers & 2xpops at KFC Hazeldean last week. Had to wait fot the lady operating the till & oders mic because she was chatting with a colleage standing next to her with what looked like a two piece meal. He handed her a piece of chicken. She was eating when I handed my debit card and her hands were not wiped (covered whith chicken & oil on her hands) when she took my card. She then first took another bite from her chicken, while I was there and still waiting for her to do the transaction and only after she took another bite she swiped my card. Got my food & when I got home my order WAS A STREETWISE FEAST 6 PIECE, NOT WHAT I ORDERED??? did they get the order wrong or accidently swopped my order with someone else's? I then went to a local shop to buy colddrink, threw away my slips and went home. I did not go back - why should i travel if was not my mistake. This is second time order is wrong from this KFC, previous occation the did not include my snack burgers (which i till today have not received even after ohoning them regarding it)??? PLEASE investigate the quality of service and speed/efficiency and accuracy of this outlet!
