1 Hour 45 Mins for delivery of Mains

We experienced disgraceful service from the management team of St. Ives. It took one hour for the waitresses to place bread on the table, it took a total 1 hour 45mins for our mains to be served, the waiter took our initial drinks order, subsequently never returned to take drinks again. The waitresses were poorly managed, the table next to us, did not even receive their mains at all and left after waiting for 2hours for their meal. It is an utter disgrace honestly, especially for such a day as mothers day where our intention was to treat our mom.
No Apologies were provided by the manageress on Duty.
Poor Service!!!
