Very bad attitude and customer service

I bought an Oreo Krusher at the food store today, I thought it tasted bitter and made other people taste it to confirm this. I then went back to tell them about my complaint. I got shouted at, made to feel so small and even regretted complaining. The lady (Dorcas) said I shouldn't have made other people taste it and said I should've came back to her and told her. She wasn't even the person who served me. I got very bad attitude and was told I wouldn't get my money back after I had asked for it. They said I could only get another Krusher, which I obviously didn't want because of the experience I had had with the first one. I am utterly shocked by the attitude and bad customer service.
