KFC
Absolutely pathetic

I am really sad to have to write this complaint about my local KFC. Today they just drove me over the edge.
KFC constantly advertises it's Krushers and yet, EVERYTIME I have been to Bothasig KFC, they tell me the machine is not working. Today was a scotching hot day in Cape Town and how better to end it off with a swim and a Oreo Krusher. I went through the Drive trough which only has one window for orders and another for payment and collection. On the advertising menu boards outside there was no notice that it was unavailable so I waiting in the queue to place my order. When I got to the order window the man had to walk inside to confirm if they could supply me with a Krusher, he then told me that the machine is not working. I still had to wait in the queue for the cars in front of me to get their orders as there were no space to drive around them. I promised my son and wife an Oreo Krusher and KFC could not deliver. This is definitely not the first or last time this problem will occur. Are they so stupid to break the machine all the time or do they just never repair them? I'm sorry KFC, but you are losing customers with your bad service.
