KFC's krusher a waste of money

I went to KFC Melkbosstrand. I bought Twister meal with Strawberry sparkles crusher. The person that served me put her hands inside the cup before filling it. When she handed the sparkles to me, i noticed that it was less than 50% filled. I told her to fill it and she refused. I insisted that she fill it because it was in the 2nd mark from the bottom. She just ignored me and started talking to another customer. KFC's krusher a waste of money.
