Disgusting service

Went to Nando's in Rosmead Avenue in Kenilworth for supper on Friday night (07/06/2013) @ 20:00.
I tried to place my order as i walked in, but was asked to take a seat and a waiter would assist.
Took a seat, waited 5 mins, no sign of waiter, walked back to counter, cashier asked me to sit down again, another 5 mins passed, no sign of any waiter.
In all this time there was 3 ladies standing behind the cash register, 2 waiters walking around in the restuarant which only had 2 tables occupied. Kitchen staff standing in a group talking and no one capable of taking an order.
The supervisor was very shocked when i mentioned this to him!
Thanks for the service! Had a nice meal excellent service at Primi, next door.
