Does grilled mean cold??

My husband and I recently went to KFC, as a bodybuilder he opted for the grilled double down.

We ordered via take away, he opened it on the way home only to find that it was ice cold and the chicken was still partially frozen in the middle.

i didn't realize that grilled means partially frozen, really disappointing and disgusted!
