Terrible service and no stock

I had a really terrible experience at Wilgeheuwel on Saturday afternoon.

I have been supporting Adega for over 12 years already, but will find it hard to go forward if this is how your restaurants are now run.

The restaurant only had 6 tables with people on, so it was quiet.

I ordered a castle draft, it was boiling hot, sent it back and got a castle (which was relatively cold, when I ordered by next castle, they told me there was no stock. And the castle draft was still warm as it was not put in the fridge yet. Had to ask for ice and ice bucket, order a few beers and keep them cold myself. On top of that there was no glasses for me to drink beer out of, I had to drink out the bottle. There was also no Wine spritzers in stock.

Then I wanted to order the Chourico for starter, I got told there was also no stock. I ordered the Trinchado, which was very salty and on top of that I got old bread with it.

For mains I ordered the Steak, and it seemed as though it had been boiled not grilled. My wife ordered the Espatado, which came on a skewer lying flat on the plate covered in sauce, this should be grilled with salt and bay leaves, not cooked in sauce.
