No service delivery their motto

I have always paid my premiums in full never defaulted but I have never gotten a good service from Legalwise.
My troubles started last year this time when I was illegally evicted I went to Legawise their Randburg branch I spoke to Bester and he assured me they will look into the matter and try and sort it out. Guess what it is still not sorted a year later. I eventually asked to speak to Reshma who is Bester's senior but hey she gave me and my husband the worst service ever. After months of back and forth of them trying to save cost and not wanting to refer me to an attorney they finally did. The attorney that I have been assign to has done nothing gives me no feedback does not respond to my phone calls or emails. Nothing has been done I am right where I was last year and yet am still paying them for a service not delivered am planning on canceling my policy with them and getting myself an attorney who is willing to assist in this regard So to Legalwise well done on no service delivery well done!
