Overall poor service delivery!!

I have two policies which has STILL not been paid out after 3 years!!

I have submitted all the necessary documentations on the 11/03/2013 and to date this is still being declined by SARS, this is after I have done everything as requested by you and SARS! NO ONE can confirm why the Tax directive keeps on coming back as declined when SARS say everything is in order from their side! I am not wasting any more time and money phoning you daily/weekly!

I want these policies to be paid out TODAY with all the interest you have made over the past couple of years or I will be taking this to the newspapers!!!
