No & bad service

I rented a unit from De Lucia and had huge problems from the start, when we finally decided to move out, they did not pay me back all of my deposits. I took this matter to Legalwise and spoke to Sabelo. Well Sabelo only wrote one letter to De Lucia and guess what, De Lucia did not pay all of my money back and this was for a mistake they did. I have been requesting feedback regarding this matter to Legalwise with no luck, they just ignore you. Nobody is doing anything about this, so what am I paying for every month??? My husband also had a problem with his previous employer, also went to Legalwise and spoke to Sabelo, four months later NOTHING!!!
